Property Presentations

Our Mission Statement is to provide high quality education from local
speakers to help educate and motivate the local real estate investor
community.

We have begun to provide an opportunity for investors to market their
properties that they want to sell, as well as advertise what type of
properties that they are looking to acquire.  This time in meetings is
sometimes called "Haves and Wants", but we are going to call it
Property Presenations.

In order to market a property for sale at a MplsReia, an investor have:
1)  The property under control with a Listing Agreement, Purchase
Agreement or be a Principal in the Property
2)  Information about the Equity and Debt on the property. 
3)  Information on the seller like what other property she/he owns,
what she/he is trying to buy with their proceeds and if she/he wants
to trade into another property and what that is.

It's best if the Presenting have written information about the properties
to hand out.  Photos with the fliers are also preferred.

Properties can be located anywhere throughout the USA and the World.

Noel has final discresion on presentation and presenters.
